FX Live Effect Tool

Hi,

I'm new on this forum and have a question. My Live Effect Tool was working but now it does not and when I click the set up button, nothing happens. Also, I get the arrow cursor with a small "e" to the right, when I click on my image.

Can someone shed some light on what's what's happening?

make sure your image is selected and not locked or on a locked layer

arrow cursor with small e to right is normal for the FX tool
