Website templates other than xara

I do love Xara, but I've got to do a redesign for an animal shelter, of which I'm treasurer on a board.

Can a website template OTHER than Xara templates can be used by WD. I'm only asking because the templates for this type of business are rather rare.

I also have to make the website responsive which adds to the creative challenge. Thanks everyone. Presently we're www.northeastspca.org

Can a website template OTHER than Xara templates can be used by WD. I'm only asking because the templates for this type of business are rather rare.

You can only use .web and .xar files in WD. You can basically use any of the .web or .xar templates you like and change the images to those relevant to the shelter.
