1 - The ability to round corners clicking on one or more nodes and modify the roundness with a slider or value like in Gravit Designer;
2 - To modify line tickness node by node;
3 - To define a shape inside closed intersected constructor lines and/or other shapes by clicking inside the defined area.

These would be three functions that would really improve Xara and allow it to fill the gap with competing vector programs.

Add Shapes > Break Shapes ... works quite well to do that. Although I agree clicking inside the area would be more efficient.

Yes, but is limited to rectangular shapes (it would be a great addition to be able do it on every shape), you can't control more nodes at once and can not definetly define the amount of roundness by writing a precise value.
I think that the way to go should be via the node edit tool, being able to click on a node, or more than one, and be able to input the roundness value or use a cursor like when you use the rectangular shape.

This is how I do today, but can get messy with complex shapes generated by complex construction lines and sometime the thickness of the lines can get on the way and generate unpredictable results.

I know, but is not what I'm looking for; you can't depend from external components for a feature that should be in the program itself. In most of the cases you will find yourself with the need to round one or more corners in a shape that is complex or irregular and it is not possible to do it easely right now.
That's why such a tool should be integrated in the core of the drawing program (in my opinion).
