Default Xara Designer Pro on Main computer and home laptop

    Hi,

As allowed by the arra EUlA I have XDP installed on my main work computer and one other, provided both sets of software are not used at the same time.

I have paid fully for the subsription model but I cannot freely use .xar files that I have stored on the cloud. This is because the version stored on the desktop is XDP 16.0.0.55162, whilst the version on the laptop is XPD 15.1.53605. Also different Update Service Codes.

When I click check for updates in either program I get the message "this program is up to date". But when I try to use a program created on the Desktop machine (and stored on the cloud) on the laptop I get a message saying that becasue the software is created on a later version there may be errors.

How can I ensure both sets of software are to the same standard?

I would have thought that under a subscription model all versions shoulod update to the same level!

    Kind regards
    Martin

Version 16 requires a new installer unfortuantely and can't be updated to from v15 through the usual Help > Check for updates method. You can download V16 from the below installer and use your V15 serial number to activate:

    Thanks
