Mobile menu not moving/showing all

Here are horizontal view and vertical one. The last menu item 'contact' does not show in horizontal view no matter how much
I move the menu up and down.

Is this a bug?

I don't exactly understand your question, so I just try: did you refresh the phone's cache after you updated the site?

I corrected it by re-positioning the menu and space H V settings etc..

If it's a Xara created navbar reduce the vertical offset in the Pop-up Menu Style. Yours appears to have a large vertical offset from the hambuger icon. You could also reduce the font size but hopefully this shouldn't be required.
