    OK I did a bitmap trace in Vector Magic https://vectormagic.com/ I think this will work for what you need. It is a vector shape with no background so you can scale it to the size you need and add it to your web page. You can either just use the vector version and Xara will create a bitmap when you publish, or you can create a PNG using True Color + Alpha to create a bitmap with no background.

    It's not always the case that just using a transparent png ensures it's published as transparent, Xara often ignores the transparency and converts it to a jpg as is the case with joicols website.

    If so, there was no need. You appear to have a grouping of a number of shapes and text that is ideal for this manipulation.
