Can not upload my website

I purchased the Web Designer Premium the beginning of July. I was able to build my website in a few hours. My problem is getting the website to upload. I have been back and forth between the web host company and Magix for almost two months now. I have never had this kind of trouble with any of the other software packages I have used in the past.

Is there a secret to uploading my website?

No there is no secret, it's pretty straight forward but it is dependent on you getting the Username, Password and the correct directory on your server right. In most cases the problem lays in publishing your site to the incorrect directory.

Do you have a domain name?

If your web host says to publish to a specific sub-directory, in my example public_html then enter this in the sub-folder optional window.

Click Explore Webspace. If your settings are correct, this will display the contents in the root directory.

I am still working with the webhost and Xara. But it looks like the files are not being uploaded to where they need to go.

This sounds right and that the files are not going into the right sub folder.

Did your web host give you a specific sub directory to upload your files to?
