Trouble with Sticky on with ie11

I am trying to keep the header a sticky. It works with chrome and firefox but not with ie11. Best way to describe it, is that is shakes when I scroll. The website is www.crowncolonypeds.com on the About Us if someone can tell me what they think will fix it. Thanks.

I can confirm that. As a matter of fact flickering around the heading happens on all pages. Could you post your .web file here?

This makes Internet explorer 11 everywhere, especially at the parallax effect.

I check your site in both firefox and Internet Explore 11. I had no problems with either browser. I am using Windows 7 as an operating system.

I just checked your site with iPhone 7 and IE11(Win7) and everything works fine.

I just checked your site again in IE 11 and the flickering is no longer there. Please tell us what you changed.

I didn't do anything, I still get it but when I drag the scroll bar I do not. I only get it when I scroll with my laptop mouse pad.
