How to NOT show the controls in Xara video Player?

I have a few looping videos on a website and I would like them to not have any controls showing. I have tried some commands or taking the word "controls" out of the placegolder text but they still appear.

Could I ask if anybody knows how to accomplish this?

Thanks for your reply. The screenshot says slideshow widget. I am working with video. Is that what you meant?

Thank you. The command - <style>div.mejs-controls{visibility:hidden !important;}</style> worked by just placing it in the video's HTML body code.

I searched for video and controls. Surprised that thread did not come up. Maybe it was older than I went back. Anyway, problem solved.

Now if I can get my PayPal widget larger I will be in business!

I have a long embedded MP4 video and I would like users to be able to see progress, volume controls etc. The controls are visible in offline browser but not online. Is it a layer thing? All content is in Mouse Off.

I have a long embedded MP4 video and I would like users to be able to see progress, volume controls etc. The controls are visible in offline browser but not online. Is it a layer thing? All content is in Mouse Off.

One simple test is open your site and right click on the video - you will see the browser's native controls (e.g. Chrome below):



Select show controls or similar in Firefox, Edge etc.

Nothing to do with layers, but if the above fails best advise how you embedded the video.
