Problem with links

My index page uses small graphics on the left and the main text on the right. When I add a link to a graphic, the text block also seems to link to the same place. This is not shown on within Web Designer, but appears when I Preview the page or the whole site.
The graphics repeat on all pages. When I stop them repeating from the Index page and add a link, the Index page behaves itself. Then, of course, the images on the other pages do not contain the links.

Do you have a link or the .web file for us to look at?

Are you using Ctrl+Select to pick just the graphic?
I assume the graphic and the text are grouped somehow.
