scrolling text box

I have created a text box that has the scroll bar to the right but when I check it out on preview or in browser the scroll bar doesn't work. what could be wrong.

Steve, Xara doesn't have scrolling text boxes so could you upload what you are working on for a look?

I followed a thread on here How to make a scroll text box in Xara though ended try this

As you can see, once there's enough text in this box, the box will grow scroll bars... that's why we call it a scroll box! You could also place an image into the scroll box.

it's all right got it working with the above code now

This approach (http://acorn.xara.hosting/slimScroll/) allows you to retain the text in a Xara-generated text box with all formatting.
