Default Quick graphic just to see if I could work out how it was done.

Every now and then I see an image on the web that grabs my attention and makes me wonder how it was done. This is one of those!

It actually turned out to be more straightforward than I thought using PGD. Basically I used the mould tool to shape the text then overlayed a graduated blend over the top of each mould.

In earlier days a blend of the start and end enveloped text might have worked. I don't think it will any more.

    Well, thank you!

I'd completely forgotten doing that one!

Hi Gary, just as an explanation in case you weren't the forum moderator that took the action, but my previous post was answering a post that has now been removed, and not your post about blending enveloped text, which I just tried and is still possible, which I didn't know. So, yes, thank you! (sorry it's taken 2 years, 5 months, 28 days to get back to you!)

Then you won't mind if I wait a few years to respond?

There was a new member with a very toxic IP address (for posting spam) who was going through the old forums and posting comments that had nothing to do with anything. That member has been banished. Members such as this recent one, often post enough posts so they can post links and then they start posting spam. So one of the moderators decided to be preemptive.
