Cannot get my website to view with "Preview Website" option.

Hi TalkGraphics Community,

I just purchased an Xara Web template and I have entered all content and photos. I can view a single web page with "Preview web page", but I cannot preview the whole website by selecting "Preview Website". I chose Internet Explorer, Chrome, & Firefox and neither one would view the Website. I am currently using Windows 10 operating system. This is my first time using Xara Web Designer Premium.

Your assistance with this important matter will be greatly appreciated.

This does not sound right but I have no idea why it would do this.

The first thing we always recommend when odd stuff like this happens is, close the program. Then right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator. This will either work or it won't so you only need to do this once. Run as Administrator can solve a variety of odd behaviors. If not, let us know and we will try something else.

Welcome. Another thought, do you have navigation links to each page? If not this would suggest why the preview web page works but not the preview website ???

Sha, is your design a website?
Check in Utilities > Options > General > Document editing > Document type.

Can you Preview (Shift+F5) each page?
Ensure that page is selected in the Page & Layer gallery first off.

Couple of quick questions - "I cannot preview the whole website by selecting "Preview Website" - what happens when you try to navigate to the other pages exactly? Do you get a particular message or is the content on the actual page not showing?

Is your website set as a Supersite or a conventional site? (Utilities > Web Export Options)
