Snap to Objects option in the Window Tab is no longer working

FIXED.

Yes thanks Gary, I saw that post. I just looked at all the suggestions again and I noticed my "Magnetic snap Radii" for the "Line" option was different than yours. It was set to 0.
Changing that to 3,12pt (or 0,11cm) fixed the problem.

I can snap objects again and change the page size. Also if the "Line" option is set to 0 you can still create guidelines, but you can't delete them again.

It's a sneaky little setting that I don't remember changing, but I'm glad it's all working again!
