Now, I had no problems with this but for those Xara Customers who have, could you investigate?

At a minimum, I would expect to seem clear instructions to ensure Customers can satisfy themselves that: (1) They are in OCC Service Support cover; (2) Your program counter has not been marked as licences exceeded; (3) A mechanism to recover content access.

Your Customers need to be better supported. You should issue snippets to say things like "We have tested all our Xara Desktop applications running under Win 10 x64 April Update v.1803. Should you be in Update Service cover, you can contact us if you have difficulties at <URL>."
