What I would like to see is a feature list voting page on Xara's website. Then they would have a better idea of what we all want. That's assuming that they read these forums and look for our wish lists. I would like to see a poll with all the features that they are considering implementing.

That's a good idea, or how about creating a forum here specifically for that??

Call it Xara Wish List or something like that. Have Gary or Ross or how about you, Sheffield? moderate it to keep the list compiled and keep those double up's in order. Or how about keeping tabs on the most sought after feature....

So say Jens wants an import/export feature and then 30 other people chime in, those names should be included in the list:

1) XYZ import/export feature suggested by Jens, ...........................................

2) XYZ color improvement feature suggested by RAMWolff, ....................................

3) ....................

That way Xara Ltd. has a really clear idea of what feature would truly be appreciated by the user base and ones that are important in their own way but maybe not enough demand. So it would be a thing of say putting in 25 new sought after features and 5 "extra" features per release (along with bug fixes) say every 1 1/2 years.

I think if they are really wanting to keep XaraX in the fold (on the map, what ever) this is a good idea (or something along those lines) and keep an update schedule as well. Something the user base can count on!! Technology will NEVER halt, we will NEVER have the perfect program and this is a sure bet to know that the user base WILL continue to grow so why not commit to a schedule and have a well maintained "Wish list"??
