    Default Running XARA with Linux

    Can XARA run under Linux. Anyone here doing that? Issues?

    afaik the only practical way to run xara, under an OS other than windows, is to run it with a windows OS installed in a virtual machine

    even then there may be issues

    some here run it on mac/VM - not sure about linux

    This is the Holy Grail MagiXara are seeking with Xara Cloud.

    I do, of course, refer to Monty Python and the Holy Grail as Xara has included Camelot into its core engine.
    Xara is necessarily the Old Man from Scene 24 and the guardian to the Bridge of Death; Xara/he never answer questions.

    seriously though - the desktop needs windows - it is dependent on the API
