You can just copy and paste directly from the Word document.

Thank you, but if the word document spreads of a couple of pages, even after extending the size to maximum, then you have to copy each page individually but you never end up with one continuously, typically a table. You then end up with problem as we have been discussing in the previous threads. Terry
