Lost four hours of work and backups are gone

Got this critical error and then all was gone. All files were fine and folders as well but the trigger file that looks like this was empty and I got Cannot find...

Is there any way to save what I have done?

I hate when that happens.

Did you look at your backups? File > Open Recent > Backups...

You might need to go back one or two but you should not have lost everything.

No luck there had to start all over

Well, I am sure this is no consolation but I have found on the rare times when this happens, I am always able to improve the last design and fix a few things that were bugging me but I was too preoccupied to change.
