How much cost to renew Xara Photo & Graphic Designer Update Service?

Dear Xara,

In June 15 2018, my update service for Xara Photo & Graphic Designer expired.
I was expecting to receive an email reminder from Magix,
but Magix never send this reminder.

After visiting my personal Xara Support page and checking all options
available, still could not find how much and how to renew
Xara update service.

So, I am asking here in the forum:
How much and how to renew Xara Photo & Graphic Designer
Update Service?

So what does the "Regularly $169.97" mean then?





Are Magix seriously trying to say that a NEW version is $59.99 and an UPGRADE is regularly $169.97 ... seems like a really odd pricing policy.
