Changing location of Local copy of online content

I know that you can download the entire online content to your local drive.

Designer Pro 16 stores the online content here:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Xara\XtremePro\16\Cache\designs\eng

At the moment, my copy of this folder occupies about 2.3 gig

I am wondering if anyone knows if this location is hard coded into the DPX exe or if this can be changed (maybe via an undocumented registry entry or ini file).

I have searched the registry for "Cache\designs\eng" , to no avail.

I have also searched my local drives for any file containing the string "Cache\designs\eng", also to no avail

Of course, I could just create a junction link, but I would rather not have to do that.

I don't believe Xara has put this into the Registry.

If you are concerned about storage or drive use, perhaps you could change the AppData\Local path with Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Volatile Environment\LOCALAPPDATA?
Clearly this would be global for your other applications too.
