Designer Pro RWD not displaying mobile variant

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this as the tech support for Xara/Magix might as well be completely non-existent. I am using Web Designer Pro v10 desktop and have chosen a responsive web design template to customize with my information. While I am creating the main web site (approx 50 pages), the mobile variant is displaying in an adjacent window, and looks to be configuring correctly.

When I publish, the mobile version will not display on either iOS nor Andriod devices. I have run tests on the site through my Google account panel, and found:
GOOGLE web friendly - no warnings
GOOGLE web compatibility test FAIL - "cannot display website - server not found"
NOT blocked by robots.txt
NO errors/warnings/items in panel
SITE DOES NOT DISPLAY on mobile devices in any form - only server not found messages

I'm getting server not found as well Doug. Let me see if we can get someone from Xara to comment here.

Doug, on a PC, I can see the 400px Variant without difficulty.

On a mobile, the http://www.ryanwholesale.com/ URL is being hijacked into http://m.ryanwholesale.com/ so I suspect you have tweaked, or had tweaked, your .htaccess file or other server configuration file.
