Position on page in XDP V15.1

I have been working on a website in V15.1 for some time now, can anyone tell me where the "Position on Page" option is? I couldn't find a menu item.
Or is the function hidden somewhere else?
I'd appreciate help.

ernie-f, it is now the new Auto-fit to Page option.

Do click on the Help button; you do need it.
This has been around since v15.0.
