    Default No longer have access to online updates

    I am suddenly getting the message that I no longer have access to online updates, templates, etc. Not sure what I missed. What do I need to do?....purchase support??

    Also, I'm trying to update a website and the updates are not showing up. Does this have anything to do with my account??

    If you have v12 or v15 then you have overlooked the fact that Xara removes access to the above after a year. You need to pay for an Upgrade through the Magix website.

    It does, however, sound as if you do not have Internet access working properly. Do check that first.
