    Default Xara Cloud Knowledgebase

    Hi all,

    In line with the desktop KB we also have a knowledge-base for the Xara Cloud as well which can be found here: https://docs.xara.com/

    As with the desktop version also, please let me know if there are any articles which don't make any sense or any part of the program that could use explaining and I will look into this :)

    Equally, you can still (better) access this with Help > More Xara <product> > Support pages.
    This should be a guaranteed path. Web links themselves tend to alter over time and are far easier to forget.

    The onus is therefore properly on Xara to ensure its Support Service processes include this embedded link is assured and not rely on my failing memory.
    It is the difference between explicit and tacit information.

    This is the Xara cloud help, did you mean the desktop help site Acorn?

    For the Xara cloud help, this can be accessed from the website or from within the app by clicking on the intercom button and then entering a search term in find and answer quickly

    if you follow the Support pages link in the application, you get to a web page that has a left and a right half.
    The right is for Desktop, the left is for Cloud (this Thread).
