Unable to publish

When I was going to publish my site it always show that cant open the FTP folder: FOLDER NAME.Please make sure a valid sub-folder is specified.I tried to create a sub-folder but all the things went on the same.

My VPS is in Vultr and I changed the port.Also I tried FTP to upload directly with HTML file but 404 occurred that files not found.However PHP worked well.

Here is where the sub-folder info goes. Your ISP will tell you what sub folder name to use.

Sometimes a firewall can prevent a site from publishing.

If all else fails, I publish to a folder on my desktop (File > Export Website) then I use a FTP program to upload my files.
