Publishing

I have changed hosting from Easily to Fasthosts. Now, in spite of selecting Fast publish, it uploads the entire site every time. Any ideas on how I can deal with this!

Xara appears to be uploading the entire site but it actually checks what have been already been published to determine what has changed. Xara also deletes files that have changed or are no longer being used.
