.xar .web problem on photo & graphic designer 15 steam edition

Hi. I have a problem on photo & graphic designer 15 steam edition.
When I run photo & graphic designer 15 steam edition, some messages appear.
Please check below and help me. It's not helpful 'run as administrator'.

Select the application icon on your desktop or the executable file and right-click and pick the option Run as administrator.
Complete the actions you want then close the application and start as normal.

It's not helpful 'run as administrator'.

Don't really understand this comment. When you install any software it always advises to close all other running software to ensure a clean install and of course most of us ignore this and install anyway. This can lead to issues with shared .dll iles and others.

By choosing 'run as administrator' from the right-click Xara launch icon this will resolve many issues. It's only required to do once.

As for the registering .xar files and .web files just click Yes option whilst leaving the 'always check ... ' option unticked.
