Content Catalog Sliders

Hello all,
I am having tons of problems trying to fit photos and other images into the various sliders. It seems I had less trouble back when I used Xara WD 10. Does anyone know exactly how I can use import or insert to get these images onto the photos on these sliders. I did get the one page instructions of the Slideshow with top thumbs. This particular slider presents with the "thumbnails" on the left side. What instructions on how to get my own images to fit am I missing? Thanks all.

Robert, select the Widget and a small pop-up should appear. You then click the Edit link. Double-click on the Widget has the same effect.

Good Wed Morning Acorn, I will get started with your advice. As stated in my post, I was having major problems getting my images to replace the images on the slider widget. Thanks so much.
