Danny, here are four ideas/points.

First, I assume that having an actual Hebrew
font on your computer to enter the characters
would be easier and preferred than having to
manually draw each one out. Below is a list of
available Hebrew fonts for downloading :

Second point -- I assume that you wish to
translate english words and phrases into Hebrew.
Using Google, I found these translation links :

Third point, software (I think it's free) to
translate from English to Hebrew :

I think it might be the answer in these various topics where people have been asking for this capability. And one of these threads is from 2007 so it is a fair bet RTL text is not a top prioity for Xara/Magix.
