That sounds like tech support not knowing and having to somehow find out.

Anyway, my son is so sharp It may not happen with his customers, don't know for sure though.

That's the one I dis-like Larry, transferred to India then I feel embarrassed because I have to keep on saying, sorry could you say that again or pardon I didn't get that and finally I hang up because I could not make out what they were saying.
