I've design a website that is near to be completed except for the long navigational menu

Any ideal on how to make the buttons all the same width

Gary, just to be safe ensure the MouseOver layer is visible.
Next, untick the Lock aspect ratio.

With the Text tool, select one of the button's text and create a style, say Menu Text.

Select each bank of buttons and change the width to 300 px; your longest is 293 px.
Check the widths on MouseOver and Mouse Off are the same.

Note the text may have elongated, depending on your Xara application version.
If so, back in the Text tool, select each button's text and re-apply the new Style, Menu Text.

For my taste I would set your default animation effect to fast or very fast. You will still get the mouse over feed back but it will not be as distracting.

Gary, glad you got it sorted. It looks good. i see you chose 292 px width.
