In a need of guidance for a newbie (video file as background)

Hi there,

so long story short, couple months ago i have used Humblebundle promotion to get Sony Vegas and therefore i got a licence of Xara Webdesigner Premium 15. I am in need of a simple 1 page with 4-5 tabs website so i thought since i got a licence via promotion why not to use it.

Since i am a total newbie i really hope some one could help me to give a bit of guidance on some things i want to do

And one thing i want to do that i cant find any info online is how to use mp4 (or any other video files) to play as a website background ? As example like in this website http://www.garsoguru.lt/ (it was built using wordpress)

I hope some one will be able to help me out

Well my way isn't very techie or for that matter probably the best way.... but here's what I did for a recent update for a customers site.

They had a series of short video taken in their plant... I just spliced a few of them together in Camtasia and outputted it at a pretty big size. Then...

I just dragged it into Xara and started playing with it's position and resizing as needed and it came out to their satisfaction....
