Where's Sherlock......Where's Moriarty?

Recently revised drawing. This one I have to say was fun. A LOT of work, some background searching, but fun.
One of my grandsons suggested the woman reading a book, which I thought was a great idea.

Originally, I had a turn-of-the-century car, but later thought it would be much better with a hack and his horse, and also kept the man riding his velocipede.

BTW, all of the brick, sidewalk and street are drawn by me, they're not bitmaps.

Sherlock is in his Study, backlit by the window above the 221B street door.
Moriarty is the cat next door.

I guess I failed in my depiction of Moriarty. Either that, or you're right and Moriarty is more clever than I know.
You've got a really good eye. I didn't think anyone would notice the cat!

You can't tell from the pic I posted, but the suspicious individual with the top hat has a polished head on top of his cane. Can you decipher what it is supposed to be?
