Yes, you need to arrange for a SSL certificate with your ISP.

Acorn - My currently active Xara software: occasionally serviced XDPX, purposely unserviced XDPX12 & XDPX11 (32/64-bit), unserviced XWD Premium 15 & 12, XPGD10, X3D7 and lots of 'permanently-owned' licences back through time (to CC's Artworks)

By the way, I remember one of the devs at Xara posting a link to a free SLL certificate authority but can't find the post anymore: https://letsencrypt.org/.

We use the Cloudflare free Flexible SSL certificate on all of our sites - about 60 sites. Works great:

Ed, that is really useful as I used Cloudflare for their CND accesses. I'll give them a go.

Thanks Acorn, glad I could offer something useful to you after all the help you have been to me and others on this forum through the year. Your help has been more valuable than you can imagine. Ed
