"Exposed" is a self portrait rendered in Cinema4DXL 7.3.

Hopefully it is the beginning of the end of a 10 month dry spell.

Actually I wasn't kidding about the self portrait thing. I'd qualified twice for the BC Championships then went on, twice to the Western Canadian Championships (no longer held). For nearly 10 years I'd done local print ads plus 7 TV commercials for sporting gear, underwear and Chrysler Jeeps. Attached is a throw back to the late eighties (1987) before I got into this wannabe artist gig.

Ron, your C4D self portrait is wonderfull. I love the concept ;-)
Beautifull!

It would be great to have a less static pose, and maybe some fun with, say, a bird in the cage... just an idea ;-)
Also i'm not sure the material is plastic or metal... it seem to be something between both.

How have you done it ? Iner-extruded the polys of the HN cage and deleted the newly created inner polys ?

ya man that's too cool. I like that idea alot!

Can you explain your technique a little?

PS: i agree that the 'bird cage' idea would be an interesting direction to go.

I did some bodybuilding for about 6 years. Then I started getting a strength balance which I noticed doing concentration curls, which turned out to be more then a strength imbalance but that was the bginning anyways. It was around the time Creatine was very new to the market.I used to have Twin lab power shakes mixed with creatine monohydrate and vanadyl sulphate tabs...worked a treat. Now I woudnt be able to lift the collars let alone the bar...hahahahahaaa
