I started as a novice with Xara in 2016. But with free solutions I get here am able to master most tools on my own and have created about 8 websites with Xara for clients. Especially static websites while I use WordPress for clients that want to update more often.

So tell me, how do you know that those websites that you have created with xara, that the client did not want to update themselves or later they might come to you to tell you that they want to do it now themselves? Do you tell them before building the site that you are the only person updating these sites?
