Transferring Web Design software to a new PC

Hello everyone

I bought a new PC and I would like to transfer my Web Design Premium 9 software from my old win7 computer. I have 2 problems:

1- I can not find the installation CD at the moment.
2- Provided that I find the installation CD, how can I find the license so I can install it on the new PC??

Can somebody please help me?

You can download XWD9 Premium here (scroll down): http://www.xara.com/us/web-designer/download.

To retrieve the serial number, go to http://www.magix.com and click on the 'person' icon in the upper right corner where you can access your account. Enter your email and password. Click 'My products' and you will see a list of your registered Xara software and the corresponding serial numbers.

if by any chance you didn't buy the program online from xara or magix you will need to contact them directly by raising a support ticket - to do that you would need to create an account, which you can do at the link Boy gave, and then go to support

Hi

The software was bought by a colleague who has now left. I can only see the username he used when he bought the software and most likely he used the work email to register.
So I think I will have to raise a ticket with support. Hopefully they can help me.

I don't have XWD9P installed but perhaps Ctrl+Alt+Shift+1 will access your serial number.
