web designer 11 premium inconsistent web page results

I am using Web Designer 11 Premium to design a website - based on the Primary Theme. I am getting inconsistent results when I go to the uploaded website (www.bluffviewonthehill.com). Sometimes the navigation bar icons show up, sometimes they don't. Sometimes my picture galleries in the cabins page show up, sometimes the don't. I'm unsure if there's something that I did to bring about this inconsistent behavior, my browser is misbehaving (have used Firefox, Edge, and IE - all with the same results), or if the version of Xara I'm currently using has not kept up with technology.

If it matters, my web is hosted by BlueHost.

I eagerly look forward to any constructive feedback.

Hi TJ, I don't understand why but when first visiting your home page the top menu was a text only menu and was for several clicked pages. However it was perhaps 'cabins' the menu became images (with coloured backgrounds) rather than text links. Hitting Ctrl+F5 reverted all pages to the image menu. I'm notsure why this should be asI've never visited your website before. Do you have mirror sites?

Meanwhile I'd suggest deleting all content on your server and re-publishing it.

I'm seeing that as well. I've deleted the files in public_html directory, then reloaded the website files, all with the same result. I just did it again and am getting more consistent navigation bar results, but, no gallery photos on several pages. I did your ctrl+f5 and got the galleries to load, but, when I did a regular reload (f5), once again, the galleries did not appear.

Also, the "Amenities" page is not in the same alignment as the other pages. If you click between the other pages and the Amenities page, they are located on different spaces in the browser window. Odd.

Not 100% with you here TJ. I suggest you delete all the files on your server re this site & republish. Without the original web/xar file I can't comment on the differences with the Amenities page.

I've deleted all the files on the hosting site and reloaded my web files. I'm getting consistent nav bar display. I'm actually getting good results with MS Edge browser, everything seems to be fine.

However, Firefox is a different story. I've cleared the Firefox cache and reloaded the pages, the nav bar is consistent, but, the galleries are not consistently loading. I can hit ctrl+f5 and get the page to load just fine. If I hit f5, the page reloads but the galleries don't load. If I hit ctrl+f5 again that page fully loads. If it hit f5 again, the galleries don't load.

Perhaps it's a Firefox issue. Are you seeing good results on your browser?

Hi again TJ, I'm at a loss to understand what your problem with FF is. Any one else have a solution?

Hi,
I just visited the site in Firfox quantum the 64 bit version. With no problems. I am running an old system by today's standards and everything was fine
I Also am diplaying on a 4K Samsung monitor through displayport.

in firefox you have a 'hard' refresh: ctrl+f5, which clears everything from cache, and a 'soft' refresh: f5, which reloads the page but uses some uncleared cache material, which may explain why your galleries don't reload - not all browsers work exactly the same way

like Scotty, I see no problems with the site in firefox quantum 64bit [ver 58.0.1] - but I didn't go into in depth

It appears my Firefox is the culprit. I thank everyone for your efforts. I'm guessing the original issue was due to some old files on the server. Once I cleared them out, it looks as though the website started functioning properly.
