Xara Web Site Very Poor

Dear Person
I dread dealing with Xara web site ... you can be switched from xara to magic germany or magic usa.
Discount offers are cut off early ... try to upgrade on and by the 24-01-08 but the offer had been changed to what was offered on the 13-01-18 ... see image

I sent xara a ticket and had a reply email informing that I could have a look at the progress ... when clicking on the link all I got was a page with a fill in slot for what are you looking for and pink coloured slot saying log on that was not receptive to being clicked ... see image

I feel that they need to do a bit of work on their website ... also their surpport replies to tickets is pathetic in this digital age ... my clients would ditch me if I took so long to reply.
Try clicking the image button to see if I was loading the image correctly ... no information ???

I meant to say that 24-01-18 in Australia ends at midnight ... was tryiny to upgrade at about miday 24-01-18.
