Favicon problem

I have just completed and uploaded a new site. I don't know how to upload a favicon through Xara (Web Designer Premium 11) so just uploaded it through CoreFTP to public_html directory. The favicon.ico is not showing up. Is there something I'm missing?

Fixed. I found Gary Priester's post about how to do it in Xara and works fine. Simply make the graphic (I put it off the page) named it favicon and published.
