There are a few in the Content Catalog. JotForm is the best of these but I think you have to pay by the year.

I have not tried Google in a while but it is usually very good and free.

There is a company called Formoid.com that has a good product but it requires a bit of labor to bring it into Xara, (but not impossible by any means—and if you go with Formoid I can walk you through the process).

    Hi there

I have gone onto the Formoid.com website and looks ok. However the form I would like to create will have a drop down menu where a client can select the relevant topic

Can you let me know how to go through the process thank you.

I am pretty sure Formoid has drop down selection boxes. Yes, it is under Multiple. Select this button and the options are on the right.

The process for getting the form onto your page is as follows:

    1. Create your form in Formoid
    2. You will need to verify an email address. Enter the email and they will send a code. This is the email address the submitted forms will be sent to.
    3. Preview the form (Preview and Test)
    4. Click the Share button (the < icon) This button will be grayed out until you have verified the email and previewed the form.
    5. In the iFrame Version section copy the script (see attached)
    6. Create a rectangle the same size as it shows in the script
    7. Open Web Properties > Placeholder and then click on Replace HTML Code (body) Paste the iFrame script and click OK.
    8. Preview the page in your Xara.

I think that will do it.

The free version of the form has a link to Formoid and expires in 4 hours. So if you like the product then you need to purchase it.
