    Default Help JotForm and Internet Explorer

    I don't use Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge at all.
    Only Chrome and FireFox for my internet browsing.
    I am using Designer Pro X and Form Widget

    If you are using DPX then you are also using Internet Explorer as Xara forces this on you for its Preview.

    If so, you really should ensure you are IE11 latest version as earlier versions are no longer supported by MS.
