I'd appreciate help.
I'd like to access some already opened tickets with Xara support.
When I click in the email link provided by Xara support a webpage is launched with the highlight "Please log in to continue" (please, see attached snapshot).
Nonetheless, I can't see how to login in XDP support page to access an opened ticket.
Does anyone have any idea on how to perform such login?
