I've notice that the demos all have the header picture stretched out past the screen size? Why would this be necessary if there is the stretch full width option in the web sticky/stretchy properties?

ok, the example I pasted is 480 px. The black picture they put at the top is larger than 480px. Why they made it so big and not fit it into the 480 space?
