Replacing Pasteboard Background with a Solid Color?

I had imported a picture to use as a Pasteboard background, but it isn't repeating on all web pages when viewed (and is too short on other pages). I also think it is responsible for forcing the 1st page to not be at the top of the viewed website (you have to scroll down some to see the 1st page).

How can I go back to a default background color; and will that bring the first page to the top of the screen when viewed?
