I want to install trial_designerprox15_dlm.exe "DESIGNER PRO X" from December 8, 2017 in English, not in German. The installer immediately switches to German, probably because I'm living in Germany. But I'm accustomed to the english version.

Don't think there is a means of choosing after installation. There ought to be.
