I think there are more problems, not only server. I install the English (GB) version and all thinks go good. All other installscripts seems to me be buggy or not complete. It's magic eh MAGIX.

XDP working again here and so is my access to TG! Seems GWP wasn't affected either so localised server problem in Europe it seems :-)
