I upgraded Web Designer when prompted while trying t access online content yesterday. Today, I am still prompted to upgrade and am unable to get that content. Did I do something wrong when I ordered, or is there a disconnect between Xara and Magix?

I have sent a request for clarification to Xara. We probably won't hear back until Monday.

Rob, I have not heard back from you or Xara for a week. Still no content. I bought through Magix, also, which is why I believe this is the same issue. What next? Please help!

I haven't been able to access online content for months. I have sent NUMEROUS emails and support tickets and can't seem to get anyone to fix it. As a long time Xara user, I am extremely disappointed. At this point I would rather have my money back than this worthless program.
