Off-Topic: I've not used AD as much as I though I was going to. The tools in Xara are much easier and some of the things I tend to do in Xara, you can't do in AD.

On-Topic. The tree certainly is unusual, and as you say, easy enough in Xara.
    Good job, Stygg.
Though, the base doesn't seem to fit the rest of the image? I wouldn't have expected it to be that bright. Catches the attention a bit too much. In my opinion, the tree should catch the attention.
    Or is that just me?

Your right Rik that base was over the top, so used a plain brown base Also I agree with you about the tools, the tools in Xara are much easier to use, all in all I much prefer Xara.s 5
